Thank you for becoming a MAD member. Before you get started there are a few things you need to know and accept.
1. Membership is a monthly agreement and membership payments will be taken via direct debit in advance. You have the ability to ‘pause’, ‘resume’ and ‘cancel’ your membership as you wish through your profile. You are entitled to do this whenever you like and you will continue to receive access to premium content until the expiration date of the most recent payment. For example, if your payment is made on the 20th of the month and you ‘pause’ your membership on the 15th, you will continue to have access to premium content until the 20th. From this date you will no longer have access until you choose to ‘resume’ your membership. Cancellations operate in the same way but you will need to sign up as a new member if you wish to re-join.
2. Membership payments will be set-up via Go Cardless. This is the Direct Debit handler that we use. When you click to become a member you will be taken to a secure direct debit set up.
3. Membership is immediate and begins as soon as the sign up process has been completed. If your payment fails to go through, access will be revealed 24 hours after the completion of the sign up process.
4. Levels of membership are outlined as follows;
- ‘Starting Out’ entitles members to book up to £25 worth of classes p/month, Bring-a-Friend for free once a month, and receive discounts on masterclasses. This level costs £20 per calendar month.
- ‘Take It Easy’ entitles members to book up to £50 worth of classes p/month, Bring-a-Friend for free once a month, and receive special offers on masterclasses and events. This level costs £40 per calendar month.
- ‘Be A Regular’ entitles members to book up to £90 worth of classes p/month, Bring-a-Friend for free once a month, receive special offers on masterclasses and events, and discounts on private one-to-one sessions. This level costs £70 per calendar month.
- ‘Pro Level’ offers unlimited class attendance and Open Space, Bring-a-Friend for free once a month, a RoguePlay hoodie, and discounts on masterclasses and events, plus free tickets to shows. This level costs £155 per calendar month.
- ‘Young Flyers’ entitles members to book £60 worth of classes p/month, Bring-a-Friend for free once a month, a RoguePlay hoodie. This level costs £40 per month.
8. Once monthly credit has been used, all bookings for classes outside of membership level are chargeable at standard price at the point of booking.
By continuing with a West Midlands Circus Centre membership and signing the Direct Debit agreement through Go Cardless, you implicitly agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above, and hereby agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Additionally you confirm that you are the person to which this membership agreement refers and are over 18 years of age.
